Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Colossians 3:12-14

a little glimpse....

I cannot begin to fill everyone in on the Judd's last few months......crazyness is really all I can say! I feel like we haven't stopped, and then when we do we are just thinking and discussing all of the things that need to take place in the next 6 months! Overwhelming to say the least, but God is good! Simple as that!

Soooo, our summer! In May we went to Indiana for a month, for Dan's rotation in emergency medicine. We had a wonderful visit, and Dan realized that he found a new love for medicine, and it was not family practice(prior to this, he was planning on family practice, but disliked it when he did it!) Since then he has changed his career path, and is now pursuing emergency medicine, which is wonderful, and I am so happy that he is happy, but also puts a spin on things to say the least! Now, as I write this, Dan is fixing things in the house, painting, cleaning, decluttering, etc.......and the list goes on, b/c our house is going on the market! There are no emergency programs in Des Moines, and we won't know where we are headed until Feb! We are also leaving in two days for another month to Indiana. Dan will be dropping me and the girls off at my sister's, and he will continue on a few more hours to do another audition at a hospital in Kalamazoo, MI! I am excited to see family, and spend time with them, and I know that the girls are excited to have constant playmates! In addition, my cousin Rachel is getting married on Septmeber 10th! We are so happy for her and Nathan, and cannot wait to celebrate this wonderful occasion!

This is a random collection of pics from this summer, and some of our festivities, although I have to admit, I have not been the greatest at taking pics this summer!

# 3 is on the way to the Judd house!

We are officially going to be a family of 5! We couldn't be happier that God decided to bless us again! Psalm 127 : 3-5 says, Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children are a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

My life applications says: Too often children are seen as liabilites rather than assets. But the Bible calls children a heritage from the Lord, a reward. We can learn valuable lessons from their inquisitive minds and trusting spirits. Those who view children as a distraction or a nuisance should instead see them as an opportunity to shape the future. We dare not treat children as an inconvenience when God values them so highly. I JUST LOVE THIS!! SO TRUE!!

The baby will be due the end of October!

Ice skating with Daddy!

Eliza LOVED this! Dan was going a little fast for me, but she just wanted more! Now she runs from one end of the house to the other, and goes,"almost fast!" Maybe next year she can get some skates of her own!

Eliza has another new favorite...driving, although this has caused a tantrum every time I put her in her carseat! She wants to drive all the time, even when we are really driving! I told her today that she can't drive until she is 16 years old, and she yelled back at me, "but Liza's 2 olds!" I said exactly....so you can't drive yet! The next two pics are at wee worship, a music class we go to every wednesday! Eliza and Adeline really like it, and I love getting to share time with other moms, we both get a lot out of it!

Cookies for Daddy!

Eliza really just liked to eat the sprinkles and icing.....big surprise! She decorated one, and at it just as fast! She also shared all of her goods with Bauer of course, no wonder he loves her so much!

Winter fun.....clothes basket rides!

Taking rides in the clothes basket is becoming a favorite for both of the girls....and a workout for me! Honestly at this point anytime I can find something to keep them happy indoors, I am happy! I also will be happy when this snow slows down and melts! As you can see Adeline is learning to fight back to her big sister! I think people think I am crazy for saying this, but I cannot wait until she fights back all the time! I would rather be disciplining two girls than worried about one getting tackled allll the time!

Gymnastics gymnastics gymnastics!!!!

Adeline's love for Bauer is always growing also! So happy to have such a gentle dog with the kids
Eliza started gymnastics a few weeks ago, and it is right up her ally! I was looking for a way to burn her winter energy, and this is doing the trick. It also is the start of what I think will be a lot of devoted time and energy on mommy and daddy's part, b/c I do not think Eliza is going to want to quit anytime soon! I started it saying we will just do one session.....it doesn't look like we will be stopping! I am sounding like the proud mommy for a second.....but she is a natural! She asks to go to gymnastics everyday, and at the end of the 45 minute class she begs for "more ymacksics....peasss," she says! Like I said....she is intense! This face shows it.....in a crazy way!

the high bar....she was a little too fearless for mommy on this one!

Jumping was today's theme, one of Eliza's favorite pastimes!!!!

TA DA!!!!

Front rolls!

Cartweels!!!!

The kids are supposed to sit on the balance beam and listen to the next routine they are going to do....the first week Eliza would not just sit here and listen, I would say we have some listening impovement already! (knock on wood....hopefully!)

Because my mom was here, Adeline got to do gymnastics too! Eliza was not happy about this!

Stretching...Eliza gets a little intense with stretching....well with everything pretty much!!!

These two are crazy about each other! I have never seen a dog so excited to greet someone when they wake up in the morning as he is with Eliza!

Bathtime is a VERY exciting thing in the Judd house, both our girls love it!!! (and needed it!)

Eliza's Pig Party!

Eliza turned 2 on December 29th, and I am pretty sure she thinks her birthday was from December 24th until January 22nd! This is how long her birthday celebrations went on this year, hopefully she doesn't expect that next year! She enjoyed every one of her celebrations so much, it is such a joy to see your children happy, and I could see how it would be so easy to spoil them! Although I know if I want to see them truly happy I need to do just the opposite.....not always easy! (as you can see) I just love this little girl so much, and I cannot believe she is "two olds," as she says..... Happy Birthday to our sweet Eliza Belle! We'll love you forever, We'll love you for always!

I through this in there because I am so excited to have my sister's bath seat....bathing the girls together is wonderful now!

Dan took Eliza on a movie date for her birthday...Alvin and the Chipmunks, the squeakqual.....now Eliza,"I love Alvin...." all the time! (oh well at least he is a chipmunk and not a boy!....for now!)

Eliza got breakfast in bed....and she thought it was the coolest thing...she loved it!!!!
This was on her actual birthday with just mommy, daddy, and Adeline!....ice cream cake!!!
This was Eliza when everyone started singing to her....SO EXCITED!
